Manmohan Singh's order to submit the bill, approved Safdar's bail
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's daughter, Mir Nawaz, appeared in the Islamabad Accountability Court on Monday and the court ordered them to submit 50 million bailbacks, while the approval of his husband Mohammad Safdar has been approved.
The Accountability court ordered these orders during the references hearing regarding London Flats against Mary Nawaz Sharif.
On October 2, Accountability court, Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz and Captain retired Mohammad Safdar had issued unauthorized warrant arrest warrants of three suspects, while Mary Nawaz had issued a warrantable warrant warrant.
On the other hand, NAB presented the former prime minister's son-in-law and Mohammad Nawaz's husband, Mohammad Safdar before the court.
Muhammad Safdar was arrested by the NAB on the night. Captain Safdar's lawyer has filed a bail application.
Captain Retired Safdar was brought before the NAB Accountability court in Bajaur.
Our lawyer, Shahzad Malik said that Nawaz Sharif's lawyer Khawaja Harris submitted an application of exemption from the ex-prime minister's court in the Accountability court, on which the court has secured the decision.
The National Accountability Bureau has proposed Nawaz Sharif's arrest warrants.
